These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Age Restriction

Under Victorian law, alcohol may only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years or over.

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request valid proof of age prior to dispatch or at the time of delivery.

Deliveries may require proof of age upon receipt. If suitable identification cannot be provided, the delivery may be refused and additional charges may apply.

It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $19,000).

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we believe an order may breach applicable laws.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Australia only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of alcohol products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns will only be accepted where products are damaged or faulty upon delivery. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price.
