Refund policy

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of alcohol products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

All sales are final, except in the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Faulty Products

If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
Once verified, we will either:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund for the affected item(s)

2. Age Verification Failure

If delivery is refused due to failure to provide valid proof of age, the order will be cancelled.
Refunds for such cancelled orders will be issued minus any delivery or handling fees.


3. Refund Process

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
