Mt Difficulty is one of Central Otago’s pioneering producers, based in Bannockburn and known for expressive, site-driven Pinot Noir. Long Gully is one of the estate’s limited Single Vineyard releases, produced only in selected vintages to highlight the character of this historic Bannockburn site.
The 2019 Long Gully Pinot Noir is dark, concentrated and refined, showing blackberry, dark cherry and floral notes layered with sweet spice. The palate is generous and beautifully textured, with fine-grained tannins, vibrant fruit and a long, structured finish.
