gly-Ouriet is one of Champagne’s most celebrated grower-producers, based in Ambonnay and renowned for exceptionally concentrated, long-lived wines shaped by old vines, low yields and extended lees ageing.
The 2015 Grand Cru Millésime is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from Ambonnay Grand Cru vineyards. Raised entirely in barrel and aged extensively on lees, it combines ripe pear, red plum and citrus with brioche and subtle toasted notes. Powerful and deeply layered yet remarkably precise, the palate carries vibrant acidity, chalky minerality and an exceptionally long finish. Dosage is just 1 g/L, giving the wine an Extra Brut profile.
