The 2021 Savigny-lès-Beaune “Les Montchenevoy” is a distinctive Chardonnay from a vineyard situated high on the slopes above Savigny-lès-Beaune. It offers bright citrus and orchard fruit with subtle floral and mineral notes. The palate is refined and energetic, combining gentle richness with fresh acidity and a clean, persistent finish. The Montchenevoy parcel is approximately one hectare and was acquired by Patrick Javillier in 1990.
